1. 需求沟通与预约 | Needs Consultation & Booking

  1. 客户通过官网、邮件或客服电话联系颖尚租车,说明会议/会展时间、地点、参会人数、用车数量、车型需求、行程节点(接机、送机、会场穿梭、考察参观等)及特殊要求(如统一标识、设备运输、嘉宾礼遇)。

  2. 客服与项目经理对接,确认整体方案(车辆排班、司机配置、路线规划、备用车辆)。

  3. 客户支付定金或按合同支付款项,获取项目编号与专属联络人。

  4. 发送《会议会展用车确认单》(含车辆信息、司机联系方式、行程时间表)。

  5. Client contacts Yingshang via website, email or hotline, providing event time, venues, attendee numbers, vehicle quantity, type requirements, itinerary nodes (pickup/drop-off, shuttle, site visits), and special needs (uniform logos, equipment transport, VIP treatment).

  6. Customer service coordinates with project manager to finalize overall plan (vehicle scheduling, driver assignments, route planning, backup vehicles).

  7. Client pays deposit or contract amount, receives project number & dedicated contact.

  8. Issue Meeting & Exhibition Transport Confirmation(vehicle info, driver contacts, timetable).


2. 前期筹备 | Pre-event Preparation

  1. 车辆全面检查(车况、清洁、油电、空调、Wi-Fi、饮用水、急救包)。

  7. 电话预定的时候须留下详细信息,以防备不时之需(联系人、航班/车次、人数、特殊要求等)。

  8. 预定最好提前

    • 一般预订提前 1–2 天;

    • 周末用车提前 2–3 天;

    • 节假日预订提前半个月至一个月;

    • 若为租车会员需预订外地用车,必须提前 48 小时。

  8. Advance reservation is recommended:

    • General bookings: 1–2 days ahead.

    • Weekend bookings: 2–3 days ahead.

    • Holiday bookings: half a month to one month ahead.

    • For rental members requiring out-of-town vehicles: reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.


3. 现场执行 | On-site Execution

  1. 司机提前到达各接送点,佩戴工牌、举牌或穿统一服装等候。

  2. 按时刻表高效完成接机、送机、会场穿梭、考察参观等任务。

  3. 保障嘉宾上下车安全,协助搬运会议物资或展品。

  4. 车内保持安静、整洁,提供必要服务(饮品、纸巾、充电线)。

  6. Drivers arrive early at each point, wearing ID badge/uniform, holding signs.

  7. Execute tasks efficiently per timetable: pickup/drop-off, venue shuttle, site visits.

  8. Ensure safe boarding/alighting; assist with conference materials/exhibits.

  9. Keep vehicle clean & quiet; offer drinks, tissues, chargers as needed.

  10. On-site dispatcher tracks vehicles in real time, adjusts flexibly for changes.

  1. 遇交通堵塞、恶劣天气或临时议程调整,立即启动备用路线并通知相关方。

  2. 如有车辆故障,备用车在规定时间内到位替换。

  3. 保持与会议/会展主办方的即时沟通,确保信息同步。

  4. 记录突发事件与处理方法,用于事后总结优化。

  5. In case of traffic, bad weather, or agenda changes, activate backup routes and notify stakeholders immediately.

  6. If vehicle breaks down, replacement arranged within agreed time.

  7. Maintain instant communication with organizers for information sync.

  8. Log incidents & responses for post-event review and improvement.


5. 结束与结算 | Completion & Settlement

  1. 所有行程按计划完成后,司机与调度员确认任务闭环。

  2. 协助客户完成物资回收或撤展运输。

  3. 按合同约定结算尾款(现金/转账/线上支付)。

  4. 向客户致谢,收集反馈与建议。

  5. Upon completion, drivers & dispatchers confirm all tasks closed.

  6. Assist client with material return or exhibition teardown transport.

  7. Settle final payment per contract (cash/bank transfer/online).

  8. Thank client and collect feedback/suggestions.
