Booking Process

Step 1 — Enquiry & Quotation

Contact us by phone, email or WeChat with the following details:

• Date and time of service, plus pick-up and drop-off addresses
• Number of passengers and amount of luggage
• Preferred vehicle type (sedan, MPV, minibus or coach)
• Any special requirements — child seat, name board, English-speaking driver, etc.

We will reply with a written quotation stating the vehicle, the driver, the rate and what is included.

Step 2 — Confirmation

Once the quotation is accepted we confirm the booking in writing. For short trips a verbal confirmation with the order number is sufficient; for corporate accounts we can work under a framework agreement.

Step 3 — Vehicle Dispatch

Your driver’s name, mobile number and vehicle plate number are sent to you one day before the service. For airport pick-ups the driver tracks the flight and adjusts the arrival time automatically.

Step 4 — Service & Settlement

• Service time and mileage are counted from the moment the vehicle and driver arrive at your pick-up point
• Payment by cash, bank transfer, WeChat Pay or Alipay
• Monthly consolidated invoicing for corporate customers
• Written confirmation of the final cost before settlement — no hidden charges

• Copy of the business licence with company seal
• Legal representative’s ID copy
• Company seal for signing the agreement
• Authorisation letter and ID of the authorised representative
